Title:
AUTOMATIC LANDING AND GUIDING DEVICE FOR PILOTLESS AIRCRAFT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01244997
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate approach guidance and landing by calculating a slippage from a standard glide path according to a tracking radar, and measuring an attitude angle or the like of an airframe by an airframe sensor to control the slippage of the airframe to be automatically zero. CONSTITUTION:A radar 1 measures the distance R from a pilotless aircraft, and a measured value becomes a true value through a tracking filter 2 to calculate slippage in position from a standard glide path, considering geographic conditions of a radar site and a landing strip. The value is coordinate- transformed onto a body axis according to information of an airframe sensor 4 for measuring a attitude angle of the airframe side to be input as the amount of slippage from the glide path to an autopilot system 6. The output is connected to a flight control system 8 for form a closed loop, whereby the slippage is controlled to be zero. Further, according to information on altitude, speed and grounding of the airframe sensor 4 in an approach, operation 7 for a flap, a leg and steering is scheduled in sequence to be input to the system 6.
