Abstract:

PURPOSE: To meansure automatically a quantity of liquid and dispense always a specified quantity of liquid to a container irrespective of the kind of container by measuring an electric resistance value of liquid to be fed to the container and providing means for regulating the quantity of liquid to be dispensed into the container according to the measurement result.

CONSTITUTION: When a container K is set on a tray T, a light signal emitted from a photodiode 41 is interrupted by the container and, as a result, the emitted light signal does not reach a phototransistor 51. Accordingly, a transistor Q5 is eventually turned on, and stabilized DC12V power supply 2 is supplied to a water flow rate measuring unit 7 to start water dispensation into the container. As water dispensation into the container increases, electric resistance values among respective detecting units decrease, and the input level of an integrated circuit IC2 rises. As a result, the output from the integrated circuit IC2 is stopped to cause water dispensation to be eventually stopped by a solenoid valve SV. On the other hand, when the container is taken up from the tray upon completion of water feed, the emitted light signal reaches the phototransistor 51, and the power 2 is eventually interrupted.
