PURPOSE: To automate and to save labor of the carrying-in of full bobbins and the carrying-out of empty bobbins to a fine spinning machine.

CONSTITUTION: At the inlets and the outlets of rails A for fine spinning machine, full bobbin stock rails B, and empty bobbin waiting rails C, magazine driving mechanisms E are provided, and rails D for connection having point converting mechanisms I are used to connect between the rails A, B, and C, necessary magazine driving mechanisms E are operated by the starting operation of an operation member F, and the magazine driving members E are stopped automatically by detectors K provided at the carrying in ends and the carrying out ends of the connectors of magazines.
