Abstract:

To provide a miniaturizable and inexpensively manufacturable automatic manufacturing apparatus which is easily adaptable to various kinds of works and highly versatile.

This automatic manufacturing apparatus 1 for performing a plurality of operations for a work W on a frame 2 includes two multi-joint arm parts 6A, 6B which are installed on the frame, convey the work, and perform a plurality of operations, a plurality of operation hands 7 which are changeably attached to the two multi-joint arm parts and formed in such a shape as to match at least one of the conveyance of the work and the plurality of operations, a plurality of working units 8 which has a bases 15A and working mechanisms 16A-16F which are installed on the base and used for at least one of the plurality of operations and which are disposed on the frame changeably within the working range of at least one of the two multi-joint arm parts, a positioning means 17 which is installed on the frame and specifies the disposed position of the working unit, and a control unit 23 which is joined to the two multi-joint arm parts and the plurality of working units and controls the conveyance of the work and the plurality of operations.
