This automatic manufacturing and vending machine includes a sole storage part housing a plurality of sandal soles according to their sizes, an upper storage part housing a plurality of sandal uppers according to their sizes, a size selection part for selecting a size of the sole and that of the upper desired by the user, a money input part for inserting money for manufacturing and vending of the sandals desired by the user, an attaching mechanism part for attaching the uppers desired by the user to the soles desired by the user, a sandal ejection part for discharging the sandals in which the uppers are attached to the soles by the installation mechanism part to an ejection port from which the user can take out the sandals. These parts are housed in a casing body.
