To make a mark possible to be sewn on at the same time in a sewing process by a providing, when a fabric is sewn by a sewing machine having a bed where the fabric is mounted and moved, and a presser metal which presses the fabric on the bed at a sewing location, a mark feeding device which automatically feeds the mark to the sewing location.
When a folded back part of the hem of a fabric 2 such as a T-shirt is sewn by a sewing machine 1, a mark feeding device 8 is provided to the sewing machine 1 so that a mark 9 may be simultaneously sewn, and a robot device 10 which automatically feeds the mark 9 to the mark feeding device 8 is provided. In addition, a mark manufacturing device 12 which cuts the mark 9 of a specified length from a tape-form fabric 11 and feeds the mark 9 to the robot device 10 is provided. The mark feeding device 8 is equipped with a pressing means which presses the mark 9 mounted on a mark mounting location on the bed 3, and a moving means which moves the mark 9 being pressed to a location under a presser metal 5 by moving the pressing means in the sewing direction of the fabric 2.
