To provide an automatic marrow perfusing collection method and its apparatus effectively collecting a large amount of marrow from a wide area in a short period of time with a minimum invasion to a donor.
This marrow collection method which punctures a collection needle 3 in the marrow cavity such as the ilium of the donor to collect the marrow by aspiration, simultaneously perfusingly collects perfusate 2 injected by a delivery needle along with the marrow from multipoints using a plurality of devices 1. This collection method can efficiently perfusingly collects the large amount of marrow in a short period of time from the wide area at the minimum invasion to the donor, reduce the burden to the donor and the burden of a doctor, or an operator, and reduce the number of operators.
