Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the true image data by comparing the measured temperature data with the correcting data, and predicting and correcting the difference of the measured image data and tone true image data. CONSTITUTION:When an object H is measured by an infrared camera 3, the image data and the temperature data corresponding to each part of the image are obtained and written into a memory means 6. The stored data is read into a storing/operating means 1, so that the coordinates of the outline at each surface of the object H are extracted. The three-dimensional image data of the object H is synthesized from the image data of the outline, and the temperature data is synthesized therewith, thereby to form a thermograph. The correcting data stored in the magnetooptic disk drive 6 is read out to correct the temperature data for every coordinate. In consequence, the true image data is formed from the thermograph. The image data is output to an output means such as a display 2, a printer 9, a plotter 10 or the like, and supplied to the other terminal device 21 via communication control parts 11, 20.
