PURPOSE: To improve the capability to the large extent without a complicated structure, by providing a plurality of measuring hoppers having discharging ports of two systems at a lower part, and providing a reservoir hopper at one discharge port of each measuring hopper.

CONSTITUTION: The appropriate amount of an article is supplied to each of measuring hoppers 21W2n and measured by measuring devices 31W3n, respectively. The measured values are stored in a memory part 4. The material in the measuring hoppers 21W2n are supplied to the corresponding reservoir hoppers 61W6n, respectively. Then the material is supplied to the vacant measuring hoppers 21W2n, and measured. The measured values are stored in the memory part 4. The combination computation is performed in an operting part 5 based on the measured values for the reservoir hoppers 61W6n and the measured values for the measuring hoppers 21W2n. The optimum combination, whose value is equal to or closest to the preset weight, is selected. Thereafter, the material is discharged to a chute 1. In this way, many measurements can be performed by a small number of the measuring devices, and the capability is improved to a large extent without the complicated structure.
