PURPOSE: To enable the automatic measurement to be performed in a simple and inexpensive structure by providing a cylindrical hopper surrounding a conical core provided at the center of a rotary disk and having an opening at the lower part, scrapers, and a chute having a cutting gate.

CONSTITUTION: The soft brown sugar 18 is filled in the hopper 9 via a transporting device, and an approximately specified amount of filling is steadily kept by a level meter 17. The soft brown sugar 18 is gradually flowed out of the lower opening part of the hopper 9 with thr rotation of the rotary disk 1, and forced out by the inner scraper 11. The flowed out soft brown sugar 18 is collected by the external scraper 14, and discharged to the chute 13 through the cutting gate 15 which is opened and closed in response to the rotating period. The amount of flow is adjusted by moving the opening skirt 10 up and down. In this constitution, the automatic measuring can be performed by the simple and inexpensive structure.
