To provide an automatic medicine dispensing system for a liquid medicine which prevents a mistake in dispensing which causes a needle-piercing accident of a dispensing person or a medical accident, and reduces the burden on a pharmacist etc.
This automatic medicine dispensing system for automatically dispensing the medicine to be administered to a patient is provided with: an input means for inputting data of instruction contents and a used medicine at least about dispensing; a first holding means for discriminating and holding at least a device for administering the liquid medicament; a second holding means for identifying and holding at least one preparation container; a control means for replenishing a dispensed liquid medicine to the device for administering the liquid medicine by controlling operation of the first and second holding means based on the data input by the input means; and a discharging means for discharging the device for administering the liquid medicine to which the dispensed liquid medicine is replenished.
