Metering data outputted from instrument groups 1a-1n for power, gas and water supply or the like for each house are sent respectively to satellite units 2a-2n sequentially through respective signal, the metering data are counted and given to a memory, in which the data are stored addresses relating to each meter. The recorded metering data are read by a signal from a central device 3, sent to the central device. The central device enters the metering data to a charge calculation section, in which each charge is calculated by using data for calculating charge of power, gas and water supply or the like and the calculated charges are printed out on a required paper sheet together with a name of a contractor.
