Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic molding machine with which conveyance and installment of metal fittings to predetermined positions can be automated, workability and productivity can be improved, and a rubber molded piece having the metal fittings can be released easily after it is molded.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic molding machine 1 comprises a magazine A having a plurality of metal fittings embedded on its outside, a metal fittings conveying device B having a metal fittings support and release means and a metal fittings setting means, a molding device C having an insert, a metal fittings sending device D, and a molded piece take-out device E. The metal fittings, which are supported by the magazine A and thereafter become a falling state, fall down one by one on a table by the metal fittings support and release means, and are set in the metal fittings take-out section by the metal fittings setting means. The metal fittings are sent to the molding device C by the metal fittings sending device D. After a rubber molded piece is molded, it is easily released from the insert by a V-shaped chuck having a tapered face and work of air at the molded piece take-out device E.
