PURPOSE: To prevent lowering of services to regular customers by making the transactions of money exchange free from charge when the card inserted by a customer is a specific one in the course of money exchanging transactions within an effective time zone.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of money exchanging transactions, the money exchanging transactions are selected by means of a transactions selecting key and cash is put into an automatic money exchanger. When the money exchanging pattern is set for the amount of the cash put into the exchanger thereafter, cash of the set kinds is discharged from each money receiving port. When money exchanging transactions are selected, the money exchanger discriminates whether or not the transactions are within a charged time zone and, if the transactions are within the charged time zone, requests the customer to insert a bank card. When the card inserted by the customer is an effective one, the exchanger processes the money exchanging transactions free from charge irrespectively of the time zone. When the card is not the effective bank card, the exchanger subtracts a commission from the money put into the exchanger and completes the money exchanging transactions.
