PURPOSE: To efficiently feed fuel oil by providing an arithmetic device which calculates an integrated value of the measured flow rate on receipt of the outputs from a cash conversion device and a fuel oil flow meter, and outputs a signal to a fuel oil valve.

CONSTITUTION: When the tip of a fuel oil hose 3 is inserted into a fuel tank of a car and some amount of cash is put into a slot 1a, an identifying- calculating device identifies the cash and issues an output corresponding to the sum of the cash to a conversion device 2. The conversion device 2 converts the sum of the cash into a volume of fuel oil and outputs it to an arithmetic device 6. Then, when a valve 4 is opened, fuel oil is supplied through a fuel oil feed path 3, and the flow rate is measured by a flow meter 5 and output to the arithmetic device 6. The arithmetic device 6 issues a control output when the integrated value of the measured flow rate reaches the converted value described above and the valve 4 is closed, so that fuel oil supply is automatically stopped.
