PURPOSE: To enable to enlarge the torque of the automatic operating device by a method wherein a rotary board and a fixed board are connected in eight connections by an universal moving board and the increase of the weight of the universal moving board is utilized.

CONSTITUTION: A fixed board attaching column is divided into eight equal parts and the side 3 of the universal moving board is made by a piston system by eight connections of the fixed board and the rotary board. The torque may be enlarged by the weight increase of the universal moving board 3. A requested power may be obtained when a multitude of the devices are connected while the torque may be increased when the device is enlarged and the deviation is increased.
