Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save the labor for operation flexibly by sending the contents of operation procedure information, stored in an operation history memory, to a numerical controller with an external indication and reproducing a series of operation procedures. CONSTITUTION:When automatic operation is performed by following the operation procedures stored in the operation signal history memory 18, an operation signal analysis part 17 starts reproducing the procedures of the automatic operation at the point of time when a predetermined operation signal is inputted and finishes the reproduction when all operation signal items 20 stored in the operation signal history memory 18 are inputted completely. The operation signal analysis part 17 take the operation signal items 20 out of the operation signal history memory 18 from the head, and informs an operation part 2 or editing process part 3 corresponding to an operation signal name 21 of a signal state 22 after a time indicated by an operation time interval 23. An operator performs machine operation and man-machine operation by this automatical operation to reproduce the series of the operation procedures stored in the operation signal history memory 18. Consequently, the repetition of the operation is automated.
