Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the installation space, miniaturize the device, reduce the cost, let the device serve for double purposes and enhance the working efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A housing station S1 to stack and house plural pallets and a part taking-in-and-out station S2 to take in and out a part to/from a single pallet are arranged adjacently to each other. A gate shape support frame 3 formed by connecting left and right columns 4 to each other by a beam member 8 is moved forward and backward between both stations by the first driving means 16. A raising and lowering body 21 is raised and lowered along the columns of the support frame by the second driving means 33. A pair of left and right clamp members 53 supported with the raising and lowering body 21 are moved in the clamp direction while synchronizing them with each other by the third driving means 62, and the pallet is clamped from both sides. The first-the third driving means 16, 33 and 62 are formed in a chain-driven system having a sprocket, a chain and a motor.
