PURPOSE: To automate a die-casting process by constituting in such a way that a product trimmed by a trimming press device is automatically packed into a product box by the cooperation of a palletizing device and a bottom board conveyor device.

CONSTITUTION: A die-cast product taken out by a robot device 200 from a die-casting device 100 is set in a lower trimming die in a trimming press device 300 in association with the turning motion of the robot device 200. An upper trimming die is then moved downward by a pressure cylinder so as to punch the unnecessary part of the product. The lower trimming die is then fed from a C-zone to a D-zone in cooperation with a sliding board. In the D-zone, the product is gripped by the chuck claws of a palletizing device 400 and aligned in a product box 600 and stacked with a bottom board, fed in regular succession from a bottom board conveyor device 500, interposed.
