The sheet material progress disturbing means 13 is movable between a first position for disturbing the progress of the sheet material P and a second position that does not disturb the progress of the sheet material. The sheet material progress disturbing means 13 comprises a plurality of movable members of a base member 14 having a movable part with respect to a sheet material conveyance route, an intermediate member 15 having a movable part with respect to a base member, and a sheet material abutting member 16 having a movable part with respect to the intermediate member.
