Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, reduce dimensions in the cross direction and eliminate necessity of adjusting a position of a print head at the time of using ordinary paper and at the time of using thick paper by avoiding interference of a separation click in the thick paper without using a guide plate when the thick paper is used.
SOLUTION: An operating lever 50 to separate a holding plate 20 from a sheet feeding roller 30 at the time of setting a sheet is made free to revolve in both of normal and reverse directions. A holding plate operating part 55 and an arm operating part 57 are provided on a cam part 52 of the operating lever 50. The holding plate 20 is pressurized and separated from the sheet feeding roller 30 by the holding plate operating part 55 by revolving the operating lever 50 to a sheet holding surface side A of the holding plate 20. A separation click support arm 40 is pushed by the arm operating part 57 and a separation click 42 provided on a head end part of the separation click support arm 40 is separated from a sheet holding surface of the holding plate 20 by revolving the operating lever 50 to an opposite holding surface side B of the holding plate 20. At the time of using thick paper, interference between the thick paper and the separation click 52 is avoided without using a guide plate.
