Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assemble plural plate-like parts in a prescribed order in a small space by inexpensive equipment.
CONSTITUTION: Plural plate-like parts 1 to 4 are juxtaposed at constant intervals with each other, and these plural parts 1 to 4 are respectively gripped by separate part laminating and gripping jigs 42A to 42D. The parts 2 and 4 half of them are released from the corresponding part laminating and gripping jigs 42B and 42D, and are placed on the part placing parts 48B and 48D, and after the part placing parts 48A to 48D are displaced in the horizontal direction, the parts 1 and 3 on the part laminating and gripping jigs 42A and 42C are laminated on the parts 2 and 4 on the part placing parts 42B and 42D, and part laminated bodies are formed by the half number of the number of the first parts. Afterwards, only the part laminating and gripping jig 42A grips the parts 1 and 2, and displaces the part placing parts 42A to 42D horizontally, and laminates the parts 1 and 2 on the parts 3 and 4 on the part placing part 48D, and laminating is completed.
