PURPOSE: To position the direction of the flange part of a metal fitting in a determined angle position of a hose by providing an energizing part for pressing the other surface of both surfaces of the flange part of the rotated hose, and bringing one surface in contact with the contact surface of a sensor base part to energize it.

CONSTITUTION: A hose 1 placed on a rotating driving part 10, the hose having a metal fitting 4 having a flange part 3 fixed on and held by the outer circumferential surface, is rotated with the shaft center of the hose 1 as the center. During rotating, an energizing part 40 is operated to press one surface 5 of the flange and press the other surface 6 of the flange onto the contact surface 28 of a sensor base part 20. The hose (flange) 1 is rotated in the state where the other surface 6 of the flange is pressed onto the contact surface 28 on the sensor base part 20. When the flange 3 is rotated and reaches a determined rotating angle, a sensor detects the flange 3. In this state, the rotating angle of the flange 3 is specified on the sensor base part 20.
