To solve the problem of how to generate electricity in a power generation apparatus employing only a permanent magnet as a power source though there has not been such a power generation apparatus in the past.
North and south magnetic poles of permanent magnets are alternately arranged around a plurality of rotation bodies, and attention is focused on attraction and repulsion between the north and south magnetic poles with a definite point fixed to perform control, whereby permanent rotational movement can be provided to the rotation bodies. At this time, rotations are coupled by using orthogonalization of rotation vectors in order to reduce rotational resistance and by using interlocking gear shafts in order to increase accuracy of interlocking rotation. A generated torque is converted to electric power through a dynamo.
