Abstract:
To provide an automatic press processing device for automobile plate material which improves press efficiency, and on the other hand, alleviates impact force from a punch when performing press processing, prevents breakage of punches and dies, and further, extends the service life of punches and dies.SOLUTION: An automatic press processing device comprises an ejector plate 4, a telescopic hydraulic cylinder 11, a punch 12, a die 13 and a cross frame 14, and further comprises a support unit 2, a transmission unit 3, a gas storage chamber 15 and an ejector rod 4. The device adjusts a first telescopic rod 22 and a second telescopic rod 23 in such a manner that the support unit, the transmission unit and plural sets of ejector rods are mutually cooperate, and thus, moves the cross frame left and right, and adjusts a gap between the cross frame and the transmission unit to improve press efficiency. When performing press processing, the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are pushed and contracted, thereby alleviating impact force from the punch, and extending the service life of the punch and the die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
