Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to assure quality stabilization, further to decrease the variations of accuracy in respective kinds of work and to improve working efficiency.
SOLUTION: This device has a chamber 2 successively disposed via a freely openable and closable partition on the upstream side of a rolling device for joining materials 1 to be joined. A transfer device 8 for transferring the materials 1 to be joined, attracting and separating devices 3, 4 which separate two sheets of the superposed materials 1 to be joined, a polishing device 5 which polishes the joint surfaces of two sheets of the separated materials 1 to be joined and a washing device 6 for washing the joint surfaces are disposed in this chamber 2. As a result, the materials 1 to be joined for roll joining are subjected to an automatic treatment.
