PURPOSE: To perform the unmanned processing of multikinds of works over a long time, by composing a tool and also a joe freely transferably, with the hand of a transfer robot connecting a stocker device and composite work lathe being made freely exchangeable.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer robot 220 is equipped with an arm 230 moved along the shaft A in the vertical direction, fitted with a work hand 280 at the tip of the arm, but it can transfer various objects with the work hand 280 being made freely exchangeably with the other hand. A stocker device 30 which feeds to a composite work lathe 10 at the necessary time with members being stockpiled at the lower part of a guide rail 200, adjacent to the composite work lathe 10, is provided, and various kinds of hands installed freely changeably to the terminal of the arm of the transfer robot 220 are stored in the stocker 40. Consequently, the tool and jaw which are the members for replacement for the composite work lathe can be prepared a lot, and the unmanned processing for a long time can be performed.
