PURPOSE: To easily use the system by releasing orders of a shop floor as planned and analyzing the planned release again at the time of the occurrence of a failure of production.

CONSTITUTION: The order list and an appointed date 41 of delivery received from a production release plan system 30 are monitored by a production dispatch system 42; and if production fails, the production dispatch system 42 bears the responsibility to determine a revised dispatch rule to be conformed to and a position (work section) to which an article in process should be sent. The production dispatch system 42 calculates again the dispatch rule to be conformed to and a sequence for completion of a work unit based on the priority input revised by a user and generates a revised sequence and a priority recommended in a block 45 based on the analysis result. This information is fed back to the production release plan system 30 which gives a bottom up system to generate a plan order list 41. Thus, the system easy to use is obtained.
