PURPOSE: To enable punching in high accuracy at the center position of a reference mark, by detecting the reference mark from an X ray picture image, and moving a camera so that the center of the reference mark comes into the center of an X ray camera based on the center coordinates value of this mark.
CONSTITUTION: It is composed of a 1st stage for obtaining a bivalent image with an X ray image being binarized, a 2nd stage for detecting a reference mark from binary images and finding the center coordinate value of the said reference mark 3A, and a 3rd stage moving an X ray camera 2 so that the center of the X ray image and that of the reference mark 3A coincide based on the center coordinate value. A drill 26 is then moved based on the center coordinate value of the reference mark 3A obtained after completion of the 3rd stage to perform punching. Consequently the reference mark 3A becomes to be imaged at the center position of the highest resolution of the X ray camera 2 and the punching of high accuracy can be performed at the center of the reference mark, based on the image of high accuracy.
