Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic beverage can quality examination system which cope with many kinds of cans and allows automatic measurements for the inspection of many items.
SOLUTION: An automatic beverage can analyzing device 8 and a non- destructive automatic seam inspection device 9 are aligned along a conveying means 3 for conveying cans 1 for examination, and a gas analyzing part for sampling and analyzing gas in the cans and a liquid analyzing part of sampling the content liquid of the cans 1 and for analyzing its components are placed adjacent reach other in the analyzing device 8. A handling mechanism 131 for transferring the cans 1 between the gas analyzing part and the liquid analyzing part and between the analyzing device 8 and the conveying means 3 is provided. Another handing mechanism 132 for transferring the cans 1 between the device 9 and the conveying mechanism 3 is provided.
