To make it possible efficiently carry out a fermentation and decomposition treatment of organic wastes by rotatably disposing a decomposition medium material and an agitating vane for agitating the organic wastes within a treating vessel and disposing a fine powder residue receiving bag via an inserted stationary perforated plate and slidable stationary plate to the lower part of the agitating vane.
The inserted stationary perforated plate 4 is mounted at a vessel bottom 3 of the treating vessel 2 of a main body 1 to be treated and the slidable stationary plate 5 is mounted at the perforated plate 4. A perforated aperture is formed at the vessel bottom 3 as the stationary plate 5 is removed. Also, a fine powder residue receiving drawer or fine powder residue receiving bag 6 is mounted on the lower side of the inserted stationary perforated plate 4 and the slidable stationary plate 5. Further, the organic waste decomposition medium material 7 of a cylindrical shape, etc., implanted with organic decomposition microorganisms is mounted in the treating vessel 2. The agitating vanes 10 are driven and rotated via the agitating shaft 9 by a drive machine 8 and the undecomposable fine powder residues 11 accumulating and remaining in the treating vessel 2 are discharged from the perforated aperture.
