PURPOSE: To automatically reduce a laminated layer deviation of an iron plate, and to decrease the variations, by rotating a circular iron plate having a lot of holes by punching by a prescribed angle, changing the rolling direction of each iron plate in order, and laminating it.
CONSTITUTION: When a center hole 6-1 of a circular iron plate 6 which has been punched from a bandlike iron plate by primary working is engaged with a tapered cone 5-1 of a metallic plate laminated thickness deviation automatic reducing device 5, a limit switch 5-8 rotates a rocking motor 5-2, a hole 6-31 of the iron plate 6 is engaged with a pawl 5-31 lifted in advance, and rotation of the iron plate 6 stops. At the same time, a microswitch 5-73 is engaged with a hole 6-33, stops the motor 5-2, and rotation of the tapered cone 501 stops. Subsequently, the iron plate 6 is taken out to an auto loader. Subsequently, a cam driving motor 5-6 of the device 5 rotates by a prescribed angle, lowers the pawl 5-31, raises a pawl 5-32, and changes a rolling direction of the iron plate 6 in order by executing the same operation.
