Title:
AUTOMATIC REMOVING MACHINE HAVING PLURAL STAGES OF UPPER AND LOWER ARMS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000351138
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To accelerate a driving speed and to reduce a restriction in a height dimension by constituting upper and lower arms having handling portions at lower ends by dividing at least to specific stages.

The automatic removing machine comprises front and rear portions, upper and lower portions and a lateral portion. The upper and lower portions are portions for removing a molded molding from a mold out of the machine and associated with an upper and lower arm mechanism. The arm mechanism is constituted by dividing into three stages of a first stage arm 14, a second stage arm 18 supported by a guide bearing fixed to the arm 14, and a third stage arm 22 similarly supported to the arm 18. The arm mechanism is driven by using an AC servo motor 1. When the motor 1 is rotated, the arm 14 is operated, and then the arm 18 is also vertically moved at the same moving amount as that of the arm 14. The arm 22 is vertically moved in cooperation with the movement of the arm 18 to relatively move at the same moving amount as that of the arm 18.
