Abstract:
PURPOSE: To move cell emptied on the supply side back the takeup side certainly and automatically with no human labor resorted to.
CONSTITUTION: A finer sensing means 18 is installed on liner guide rolls 7a, 7b, and at a left and a right supply stand, sensing means are furnished to sense whether a chuck 9 to clamp the shaft of a supply cell is left opened upward. On the drive base 24 this shaft of the supply cell is lifted onto the supply stand according to the signal given by the sensing means, and the empty cell is moved from the supply stand side to the takeup stand 4a, 4b side by elevation/sinking cylinders 26a, 26b.
