Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch to be used in electronic apparatuses for the consumer use wherein automatic assembly is possible because its assembly is easy, an operation lever can be disposed in the center of the switch, and there is no sticking feel in operation.
SOLUTION: An oblong hole 15A allowing a coil spring 6 for reset to pass therethrough is previously provided in a cover plate 15 covering an opening part of a box-shaped case 11 and, when a switch is assembled, only a sliding body 13 holding an elastic movable contact piece 4 is housed in the case 11 and then the lid plate 15 is attached thereto, and thereafter the coil spring 6 is inserted into the case 11 through the oblong hole 15A. With this, the coil spring 6, which is the most difficult to handle at the time of assembling a switch, can be easily incorporated into the case 11.
