Abstract:
PURPOSE: To keeping a rice boiling pot of an automatic rice washing/boiling apparatus from turning in normal operation.
CONSTITUTION: A brake 28 is pressed with a coil spring 28c against the outer circumferential side of a large pulley 30 so that a rice boiling pot will not turn when the rice boiled is withdrawn from the rice boiling pot 15 provided within a rice boiling chamber 11 almost at the center of the body of an automatic rice washing/boiling apparatus. The brake 28 is fixed on a mobile plate 28b and a connecting plate 37 is linked to a solenoid 28a.
