To prevent grains from remaining inside husking rolls in an automatic rice husking and milling facility.
This automatic rice husking and milling facility husks raw rice husk charged to a raw husk charge hopper 2 by charging a fee by a husking device 7, and then mills by a milling device 10, wherein the husking device 7 is provided with a pair of husking rolls 7c, and a grain presence sensor SE4 detecting presence/absence of charged grains is provided on the raw husk charge hopper 2. A first husking roll stopping means for stopping the husking rolls 7c a predetermined time later after detecting absence of grains by the grain presence sensor SE4, and a second husking roll stopping meansfor restarting the husking rolls 7c a predetermined time later after the stopping of the husking rolls 7c by the first husking roll stopping means, are included. In the configuration, grains are prevented from remaining inside the husking rolls 7c.
