PURPOSE: To enable mounting of many rod members without requiring man power by arranging a horizontally slidable board between a rod member case associated with containing tubes arranged in parallel and a bottom board then receiving rod members alternately from both containing tubes and mounting onto a steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: A rod member case 6 comprises rectangular containing tubes 6a, 6b arranged in parallel and a bottom board 18 is secured to the underface. A dropping port 18A for the rod members 5 is opened in the center of the bottom board 18. A slide board 19 is arranged between a containing tube and the bottom board 18 while a rod member receiving port 19A is opened in the center. Upon sliding of the slide member 19 to the right, one rod member from the right containing tube 6b is contained in the slide board opening 19A. While upon moving of the slide member 19 to the left, the contained rod member is pushed by the slide board and moves together to the left on the bottom board 18 then drops through the opening 18A of the bottom board 18 onto the steel plate. When driving said slide board, rod members can be arranged onto the steel plate without requiring manpower.
