PURPOSE: To enable uniform coating efficiently in a short time by combining a device using a fluidizing tank in which a fire resisting powdery material is floating and a device using a shower of fire resisting powdery material.
CONSTITUTION: A hopper 10 with a valve 11 is provided by which the fire resisting powdery material is stored and the material is dropped or stopped. A net 13 is provided which is installed directly under the hopper 10 and vibrated by a vibrator 14 to shower down the fire resisting powdery material. The fluidizing tank 20 with a nozzle 22, by which air is injected under the net 13 and the fire resisting powdery material is made to float, is a part of the device. In addition, the device is provided by which the fire resisting powdery material that dropped to the bottom of the fluidizing tank 20 is drawn up to the hopper 10. Also, in the middle between the net 13 and the fluidizing tank 20, a mechanism is installed by which a model assembly 40 is held, rotated and transported. Thus, the deformation of the model assembly is prevented, the uniform coating is made possible, rotation and transportation are automated, and efficiency is improved.
