Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic screw fastening device high in reliability and excellent in durability as well as manufactured at low cost.
CONSTITUTION: An electric driver 2 is connected to a vacuum generator 4 by a suction hose 16 so as to create a vacuum in a mouthpiece 3, and the electric driver 2 and the vacuum generator 4 form a screw fastening unit 7. A screw feeder 6 stocks screws 13 and makes the screws 13 stand by in the taken-out position on a screw take-out part 21. The mouthpiece 3 of the electric driver 2 is connected to the screw take-out part 21 of the screw feeder 6 by a hose 5.
