Abstract:
To finely check the screwing amount of a screw.
An automatic screw fastening machine has a driver bit 9 capable of rotating with the drive of a motor and is equipped with a cylinder for putting the driver bit 9 into reciprocating motions. The arrangement also includes a body to be sensed 10 which is rotatable in a single piece with the driver bit 9 and capable of moving in a single piece, and a sensor 12 is installed in a position confronting the moving path of the body to be sensed 10. The sensor 12 moves in a single piece with the driver bit 9 and senses the body 10, wherein the rotational circumferential surface of the body 10 is formed with unevenness 10b, and the sensor 12 is turned on and off with this surface unevenness 10b.
