Title:
AUTOMATIC SENSOR OF CONCRETE FILLING SITE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04124376
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate handling of an automatic sensor, to improve controllability and to detect accurately the filling of concrete without making wrong detection by inserting and providing a pressure sensor between a form and a horizontal end thick pipe so that it comes into contact with the outside of the form.

CONSTITUTION: In a device to tamp concrete 2 placed into a form 1 by giving vibration thereto from a vibrator 3, a pressure sensor 4 is held between the outside of the form 1 and a horizontal end thick pipe 6 to firmly fix the pressure sensor 4 so that it is brought into contact with the outside of the form 1, and it is connected to a control section 50 of a body 5. Pushing force is applied outward by placing the concrete 2 to the inside of the form 1, the pressure sensor 4 detects the pushing force caused by displacement of the form 1, so that the filling of the concrete is accurately recognized.
