Abstract:
PURPOSE: To send a sequential command to each member of a fire-company or the like whose dispatch is requested on the occurrence of a disaster without trouble from a command board of a fire station.
CONSTITUTION: An entry section 1 is used to enter a content of a disaster, a location of occurrence, its scale or the like and designation of automatic sequential command. Voice data corresponding to the content of disaster or the like from the entry section are read from a voice data storage section 2, a voice synthesis section 4 synthesizes voice according to an utterance pattern from an utterance pattern storage section 3 and recorded by a recording section 5. A contact destination is read from a storage section 6, a discrimination section 7 discriminates the contact destination in matching with the disaster content or the like from the entry section, a telephone number of the contact destination is discriminated based on a telephone number read from a telephone number storage section 8, a dialing section 9 is used to make dialing, and sent from an output section 11 through a public telephone line network 12 or the like. The voice recorded in a recording section is reproduced and sent in response to a reply of the call reception from the destination.
