PURPOSE: To prevent a sheet paper from clogging a casing by employing a reset means for returning a sheet paper cutting mechanism section to its original condition when the paper is pulled out after being reeled out on a stool body, cut and clamped.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet paper reel out mechanism section C reels out a sheet paper P from a sheet paper roll R disposed behind a stool body 11 onto the top surface of the stool body 11. A sheet paper cutting mechanism section D cuts the sheet paper P after it has been reeled out and clamps the tail end of the sheet paper P. A control section C controls mechanism sections C, D. A reset means J returns the mechanism section D to its original condition when the sheet paper P is pulled out after the sheet paper P is detected on the stool body 11, cut and clamped. Namely, when a next user presses a sheet paper reel out button or the like, the sheet paper P is quickly reeled out on the stool body 11 and accidents such as clogging inside the stool body can be prevented.
