The customer while considering history information on addressees displayed on a display unit specifies whether delivery is needed or not, desired articles to be delivered, and their quantities through an input device 4 as to the respective addressees of the addressee attribute information. When all processes are completed, copies of delivery splits and payment process slips are printed by the printer 6 and discharged. At the same time, delivery article information of this time is stored in the history information in the memory of an IC card, which is discharged from a card reader 2 and handed over to the customer.
