CONSTITUTION: In a program translating means, when the specific symbol related with the reference is present in the inputted source module, specific library input information indicating a specific library file in which the object module having the definition is present is prepared, and inserted into the object module to be outputted. In a link means 2, when the specific library input information is added to the inputted object module, the assignment of a specific library file LIB2 indicated by the information is operated by a specific library file assigning part 253, and the specific library file LIB2 is retrieved by a specific library retrieval processing part 254. Then, the object module having the definition of the specific symbol is inputted, and the definition and reference relation of the specific symbol is solved by a third outside name solving part 26.
