Title:
AUTOMATIC STRING-REMOVING UNBINDING MACHINE FOR BOUND ASSEMBLY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03124531
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smoothly recover a string after cutting by a winding roller, and to stop or reversely rotate a winding operation when the recovered string is entangled with a bound assembly or the like by providing a conical part and a body formed to be connected to the conical part at each winding roller, forming a gear at the body, and engaging the gears of the rollers with each other.

CONSTITUTION: The drive roller 9a and the driven roller 9b of a winding roller 9 have conical parts and gears 83, 84 for forming bodies. Slitlike air diffusing holes 89, 90 are provided at the gears 83, 84. Compressed air is fed by pipes 87, 88 to prevent diffused string by the air from adhering to and winding the surfaces of the gears. A torque limiter 82 is provided at the lower part of the roller 9a to generate an alarm of improper winding by stopping or reversely rotating a drive motor 80 when a cut binding string 10 is entangled with an assembly to be bound during the operation of the roller 9 to apply a predetermined torque or higher to the roller 9.
