PURPOSE: A thin plate automatic take-out device, whereby a distributing motion can be smoothly operated with a less trouble caused, further with a less quantity of complicated parts and control systems to enable the program work facilitated as well as to facilitate the work of maintenance and adjustment.
CONSTITUTION: In the case when distributing right and left and layer building a thin plate 1 such as the core plate of electrical equipment like transformers, with the thin plate 1 being carried from a direction of the arrow mark A in the drawing if reaching a predetermined place in center of the take-out device, the rotation of an electric motor 40 is transmitted to a transmission shaft 45 by the signal of a proximity switch 38, simultaneously transmitted to a lower link plate 59 through a gear 50, 51, and a support shaft 63 on an upper link plate 60 is slided toward the width direction of the take-out device by the rotation of the link plate 59 without a necessity of specific guide part. Accordingly, by a retaining unit 61, installed to the support shaft 63, the thin plate 1 is shifted and fed to one way of a carriage 2, 2 provided in both sides of the take-out device. At this time, the support shaft 63 is made an intermittent motion by the action of a cam plate 48 and a limit switch 49.
