Abstract:
PURPOSE: To judge whether a molded product is standard by measuring the wt. of the molded product simultaneously with the taking-out of the molded product from a mold to distribute the molded product on the basis of the judge result.
CONSTITUTION: A wt. measuring device 20 is attached to a molded product taking-out arm 10 to measure the wt. of a molded product A when the molded product A is taken out of a mold and this wt. value is compared with a preset standard wt. by a control unit 25 and, on the basis of the comparison result, front and rear frames 11 are driven left and right to distribute a standard molded product and a nonstandard product.
