Abstract:
The utility model provides an automatic belt conveying device. Various carrier belts with different belt widths are properly conveyed on a conveying path by automatically changing the width of the conveying path for conveying the carrier belts. An automatic tape transport device that automatically transports a carrier tape having a component housing cavity and a feed hole is provided with: a transport path that transports the carrier tape in accordance with a plurality of types of carrier tapes having different tape widths; a guide movable member capable of moving in the width direction of theconveyance path and positioning one end of the conveyance path in the width direction; a tape width detection device that detects the tape width of the carrier tape inserted into the conveyance path;and a control device that enables the guide movable member to move in the width direction of the conveyance path in accordance with the belt width detected by the belt width detection device.
